Making A Purchase
This couldn’t be easier. Browse our Catalog, click on items you wish to buy and add them to your shopping basket. The number of items ordered and their value should show on the left hand side of the page. You can view your basket at any time. Your selection will be listed and you can remove an item if you wish. When you have finished your selection, click “Checkout”. When you are happy with your order you will be asked for the details we need to complete the sale.
Payments are processed through Barclaycard Payments or PayPal and can accept credit card payment (Visa & Mastercard) worldwide and debit cards within the UK. If you are shopping outside the United Kingdom your order will be calculated in Sterling and your credit card company will convert the transaction to your own currency.
If you do not wish to pay online you can print your shopping basket and send your debit/credit card information via phone, fax, mail or over the Internet. (See the note on Credit Card security) or you can post your order to us with a cheque.
Shipping And Handling
Goods are normally sent by First Class Post with the Royal Mail within the UK. Heavier items are normally sent by Parcelforce. Orders from outside the UK are sent by Standard International Post and usually arrive within seven working days . Any local taxes, levies or duties are the responsibility of the customer.
Free Delivery for orders over £35, shall run from the 1st August 2018 until the 30th of October 2018; this is a trial period. Orders will be dispatched with Royal Mail 1st Class post, unless due to weight or size another courier shall be used at our discretion. Orders must be fully paid during this promotional period, in order to qualify for this free delivery offer. This only applies to orders for delivery within the United Kingdom.
We try to send your order right away (normally on the day we receive the order) though if we need to order new stock it can be longer. International orders are generally received within 14 days. If we cannot deliver your order within 30 days you may cancel the order and receive a full refund. We try to advise you of any delay longer than a couple of days.
Covid – 19
Deliveries may be affected by Covid – 19, we are aware that Royal Mail is under pressure at the moment. We would kindly ask for your patience during this period. We are abiding by all government health advice regarding Covid – 19, during this period. As a result we have reduced our dispatch days to 3 days a week, Monday, Wednesday and Friday. Please stay safe during this period.
If your item is not in stock, we will back order for you. You may cancel your order if you would rather not wait.
We are not registered for VAT. All prices quoted are already tax exempt.
Credit Card Security
When you make a payment via our secure gateways your card details are not passed on to Blots. Card security is at the highest level by STRIPE and PayPal and checks of the cardholder’s address and the security code on the reverse of the card are made to reduce the possibility of fraud.
Above all we want you to be happy with whatever you buy from us. If any item is not as you expected, is faulty or damaged in transit please return it to us and we will either refund your money in full or replace the item, as you wish. You may cancel the contract within 7 working days of receiving the goods without giving a reason. Return the goods to us unused and we will refund the cost of your purchase. You must pay the return postage. This does not affect your statutory rights as a consumer.

We want you to be delighted with the goods you have bought and the service you have received. We promise to deal fairly, confidentially and respond quickly (within five days) to any query you might have. Please do not give us a ‘Poor’ rating on Feefo before we have even been told there is a problem as we welcome the opportunity to put right any mistake we may have made.

Blots do not disclose customer information to third parties. Your name and address details will remain private to Blots. Cookies are used on this shopping site to keep track of the contents of your shopping basket once you have selected an item and to speed up your access when you return.
You will receive an email confirmation of your order. We may email you with special offers or promotions but you will have the option in the email to opt out of any future mailing.
