Blots Pen & Ink Supplies is a family business specialising in pens and ink for the calligrapher and artist. We aim to offer you a good range of quality products, a few hints and tips and, above all, a quality service. If you have any suggestions or comments please email us at sales@blotspens.co.uk.
Making A Purchase
If you do not wish to pay online you can print your shopping basket and send your debit/credit card information via phone, fax, mail or over the Internet. (See the note on Credit Card security) or you can post your order to us with a cheque.
Shipping And Handling
Orders will be dispatched with Royal Mail post, unless due to weight or size another courier shall be used at our discretion. Orders must be fully paid prior to dispatch. This only applies to orders for delivery within the United Kingdom.
Delivery Schedule
Deliveries may be affected by Covid – 19, we are aware that Royal Mail is under pressure at the moment. We would kindly ask for your patience during this period. We are abiding by all government health advice regarding Covid – 19, during this period. As a result we have reduced our dispatch days to 3 days a week, Monday, Wednesday and Friday. Please stay safe during this period.
Back Orders
If your item is not in stock, we will back order for you. You may cancel your order if you would rather not wait.
Tax Charges
We are not registered for VAT. All prices quoted are already tax exempt.
Credit Card Security
When you make a payment via our secure gateways your card details are not passed on to Blots. Card security is at the highest level by STRIPE and PayPal and checks of the cardholder’s address and the security code on the reverse of the card are made to reduce the possibility of fraud.
Guarantee
If you have a query or complaint please tell us at Blots, to allow us to put things right. (See ‘Reaching Us’ for details of our contact details) We cannot improve unless we know we are falling short. We want you to be delighted with the goods you have bought and the service you have received. We promise to deal fairly, confidentially and respond quickly (within five days) to any query you might have. Please do not give us a ‘Poor’ rating on Feefo before we have even been told there is a problem as we welcome the opportunity to put right any mistake we may have made.
