| Making A Purchase couldn't be easier. Browse our Catalog, click on items you wish to buy and add them to your shopping basket. The number of items ordered and their value should show on the left hand side of the page. You can view your basket at any time. Your selection will be listed and you can remove an item if you wish. When you have finished your selection, click "Checkout". When you are happy with your order you will be asked for the details we need to complete the sale. Payments are processed through WorldPay and can accept credit card payment (Visa & Mastercard) worldwide and debit cards (Maestro & Delta) within the UK. If you are shopping outside the United Kingdom your order will be calculated in Sterling and your credit card company will convert the transaction to your own currency. I you do not wish to pay online you can print your shopping basket and send your debit/credit card information via phone, fax, mail or over the Internet. | Shipping And Handling Goods are normally sent by First Class Post with the Royal Mail within the UK. Heavier items are normally sent by Parcelforce. Orders from outside the UK are sent by Standard International Post and ususually arrive within five working days. Any local taxes, levies or duties are the responsibility of the customer. |
| Delivery Schedule We try to send your order right away. We will normally send out your order within three business days but if we need to order new stock it can be longer. International orders are generally received within 14 days. If we cannot deliver your order withing 30 days you may cancel the order and be charged nothing. |
| Back Orders If your item is not in stock, we will back order for you. You may cancel your order if you would rather not wait. |
| Tax Charges We are not registered for VAT. All prices quoted are already tax exempt. |
| Credit Card Security When you make a payment via WorldPay your card details are not passed on to Blots. Card security is at the highest level by WorldPay and checks of the cardholder's address and the security code on the reverse of the card are made to reduce the possibility of fraud. |
| Guarantee Above all we want you to be happy with whatever you buy from us. If any item is not as you expected, is faulty or damaged in transit please return it to us and we will either refund your money in full or replace the item, as you wish. You may cancel the contract within 7 working days of receiving the goods without giving a reason. Return the goods to us unused and we will refund the cost of your purchase. You must pay the return postage. This does not affect your statutory rights as a consumer.If you have a complaint please tell John Winstanley.
